About

Who am I?  We will find out together as I write and you read what I have to say.

On the surface, I’m in my sixties with two sons in their twenties and a 95 year old mom who is not quite all there, but is more fun than I can ever remember.  I’m retired from several careers to die for, single since my peach of a husband passed away from lymphoma and it’s complications in 2006, currently in a crazily giddy relationship with another peach of a man, and in the midst of planning an addition to my home.  I’ve got a dog, my health, and a desire to see if I’ve got the stuff to write, so that when my new “artistic” friends ask me “and where does you creative spirit lie?” I can answer “with words” as opposed to what I say now, which is a defensive “My life is my art.”  All the pieces will come together, I hope, as I sit at the keyboard.

Digging into old boxes of photographs I see that I’ve always been a spoonbeam.
